No Cure No Pay

At RentmyAmsterdamProperty, you are not charged any marketing costs or cancellation costs. Our service is entirely on a ‘no solution no pay’ basis. The cancellation of the instruction to let your property, can also be made at any given moment free of charge. A fee is only payable when a rent proposal has been accepted. This fee is deducted from the first month’s rent and the deposit, which are paid into our account at the first payment. The credit balance is paid into your account immediately after check-in. Naturally, you will receive a transparent financial statement of these transactions. Successive months are paid directly into your account by the tenant.

Fee And Commission

Once you have commissioned us to rent out your property in Amsterdam, you will pay us a fee. This fee amounts to the standard tariff of 8 per cent excluding V.A.T on the annual rent over a period of up to 1 year. This means that you pay us up to one month’s rent including V.A.T. for every successful mediation. If you wish to commission us, you will need to sign a commission form or send a letter of agreement via the Internet. You can download an example of a commission below.

No Obligation to Exclusivity

Contrary to many other rental brokers, we don’t deploy an exclusivity clause at RentmyAmsterdamProperty. This means you are free to offer your property for rent with another broker, and you are also free to rent out your property through your own network. Even then, you can still use our services with respect to drafting a lease agreement and/or the inspection report and the check-in. In short, even if you use a different broker, it is no problem should you also enlist the assistance of RentmyAmsterdamProperty for additional services involved in the leasing of your property.
